I think his point is that he hit a can that should not have still existed. I still routinely run across belts in 0.8 and higher rated systems that are nothing but a collection of Large Secure containers. Harry Voyager

If you are using FoF missiles, the best you can manage against a sensible Blackbird is to force them to disengage. Only if the BB is stupid enough to stick around for a long fight can you defeat them. The fact is, EW gives you the option to avoid...
